I've called verizon 3 times over the passed month and a half about burying a line. I'm in a condo complex so the line runs across an area that gets a decent amount of foot traffic as well as weekly contract lawn service. Each time I call I'm told 7-10 business days.. should I just go bury the line myself? Wondering how long other people in the Baltimore county area have to wait before someone actually shows up to bury their line.
