Burying Fiber

We had FioS installed about a month ago at our new house.  The installers ran the fiber across the drive what back to the poll in the yard.  They said someone would come and bury the fiber.  A month later, still fiber running across the driveway.  Has anyone had any luck finding a contact for placing the temporary fiber under ground?
