I need some help connecting to a verizon customer service person that can assist me with two iphone 12's that were returned as instructed by verizon. Those two phones did not get cell service in our area.
I've spoken with 11 customer service reps and they have promised that they would personally take care of the issue and credit my business for the two iphone 12's. They also promised that a supervisor would contact me but that was last week.
Need help please. Anyone have a direct phone number for some that can assist. This has been going on for 6 weeks or longer.
