Hi I recently got a CMR claim for $4,334.60 drop wire damage. I did not damage anything. The Verizon installer came out drunk as a skunk and rude as all hell. He kept accusing me for for line damage. I told him it was not me. I know some Lowes trucks and Utility trucks come out here often and told him that it was possibly them. I also reported him to my ISP Earthlink at the time for being rude and obviously drunk. He wreaked of alcohol! This claim needs to be dropped! I will contact the corperate, The FCC or whatever I have to do!
