When someone told me that Verizon Wireless and Verizon FIOS were 'different', they werent joking. The customer service with FIOS IS HORRENDOUS. First of all, the hold times are atrocious, no one seems to have the same information, and speaking with someone with clear diction seems impossible. I was promised a rebate/gift card of $250, and it's like pulling teeth to find anyone to help me receive the mysterious gift card. When a customer rep named "Kenneth" told me today ever so rudely to "pay my bill and then call us back", (after I'd already paid the bill online), I'd HAD IT. If I could cancel this service and go back to Cox Communications, I would. How on EARTH do you guys stay in business? After being enticed so convincingly in November to sign up with FIOS, I'm beyond dissapointed.
