Radio Management

I set the following:

2.4 GHz left it as it, Ch 6 auto, 20/40 MHz

5 GHz, Ch 48, 20 MHz

6 GHz, Ch 61, 20 MHz

Wi-Fi 5 is connected to many devices and is stable.

Phone is connected on Wi-fi 6e and is stable.  need to move the cable router to a better location to have the Wi-fi 7 pci-e card see the Wi-fi 6e connection.

advice to change radio frequency in order to make wi-fi 6 operable seems dubious, but i did it anyway. and .... it doesn't work  ๐Ÿ˜›

This didn't work.  6GHz is still "Disconnected".

Setting 6Ghz to 160Mhz and 5Ghz to 80Mhz will give your Wi-FI more capacity, just as an FYI. 40Mhz on 5Ghz is also not a bad idea if you need to use smaller levels of bandwidth due to Wi-Fi congestion in your area. 2.4Ghz should stay at 20Mhz.

6Ghz requires WPA3. Make sure that is enabled.

That should get the 6Ghz radio working fully for all devices.

I have the CR1000B also and a frequency scan shows very poor to non existent 6GHz signal from the router.  Pictures attached showing the 5 and 6 Ghz signal difference from the same distance.  Dose anyone have a working 6GHz router?
