FIOS Customer Service hours are until 7pm EST.  Explains why my chat was stopped at 7pm.  What kind of service is that?  Geeze

Actually they have support after 8 am-6 pm EDT but its not usa based support.

maybe limited as far as billing issues etc. so it best to call 1-800-VERIZON between the hours above.
