Cable Wires in Large Old Tree

I have a situation where Verizon cables are running through a very old large beech tree that is 40 feet tall. The tree is located in an easement on my property. An arborist has confirmed that there is decay at the roots.
Most recently, there were three very large limbs that fell right next to the tree. I am very concerned that other limbs will fall directly onto the cable lines which will surely knock down the lines and cut out cable service in my entire community.
I would like to report this to Verizon before this happens. Can you let me know who to contact?
Thank you in advance for any assistance.
