Her Verizon cable wire has been ripped from her house by a passing truck. I have searched online and spent an hour on the phone to no avail. I've seen that forum moderators have taken forum posts and escalated them as support tickets. I'm asking a moderator to do the same. The person with the issue needs to contact Verizon directly at 1-800-verizon. Agents would need account and other information that should not be passed through a third party.
