I living flushing queens ny There is a Verizon old telephone pole blocking my proposal drive way and trying to remove that pole. I have created multiple tickets regarding this issue. But end up nothing happens. Can someone tell me how to reach the Verizon construction team in queens ny. I need to remove that pole as quickly as possible. Please help me!!!! It will be reward if someone help me.
Verizon charges a NYS municipal construction surcharge to do just that remove poles.
contact the NYS Public Service Commission at http://www.dps.ny.gov
they have a toll free number on the site. They are looking at this bogus surcharge and verizons compliance with that fee they collect. They can assist you.
