- I have been in contact with chat support and talked on the phone with support and NO ONE can seem to help me? We have been Verizon mobile customers for years and decided to switch to home internet because of the current $200 doordash egiftcard promo. We received our code. I go to the rebate center and when I put in our code and the purchase date it continues to say "promo code not found/please try again". It is so frustrating. Someone PLEASE help!
