I have received multiple emails to redeem my $100 Visa gift card which is part of the promotion of signing up for the Fios giganet internet service, the instructions say I need to click on the redeem now button and go to the reward tile but there is no reward tile for me to register my reward. After getting nowhere with the chat assistant for 3 times and tried to talk to a store associate, I do need help in this. Thanks.
