the Security suite is total junk put out by McAfee and it will do more harm than good. It is very intrusive and very difficult to get off your computer. In fact antivirus and malware protection is more than likely on your computer already if you use a windows computer. So McAfee is not necessary.
Call 1-800-VERIZON and see if they can assist you.
like I said I cannot figure out what download games is? I was not aware Verizon had such a service.
