I need to return my Fios Equipment and there is no location in Connecticut (where I moved). UPS won't take it without a "return number." I do not have any communication about a return number in my email, nor can I find it in my account. I tried calling, but your service won't take my PIN or the temp pin you sent as the it does not recognize my key punches. I also can't find any way to create a return label for Fios Equipment on your site. Please advise!
