This is the second month that when I access myverizon and try to pay my bill it won't let me. On the home page it tells me i have a payment due. I hit the button for paying with my checking account and it works and works and comes back to the same page.
It is also showing my previous phone number as the account number...I haven't had that number for almost 3 years. I had been paying with no problems for the last 2 years. Now it's suddenly a problem. This is very frustrating. I can't get anyone on the phone on the weekend or evenings. I would really like someone to check out this problem with the website. HELP!!
