Can't pay my bill online anymore

I have paid my bill online for years but I am not able to do it anymore. I have called twice and opened a service ticket but I have not been able to get a status update and when I call, I get disconnected. I don't even know what my bill amount is anymore. Can someone help?

Sorry you are having difficulty paying your bill online. An agent with access to your account will reach out to you directly by email, private message in the Forums and/or the billing telephone number on your Verizon account for more information or to help you resolve your issue.
