Can't redeem $100 Visa Prepaid Card

Hi,
I received an email from Verizon to redeem my $100 prepaid card, telling me to follow the instructions in the "reward tile". No such tile shows on the website.
Please escalate this to an agent as you've done with the many other similar requests.
