Like most of the posts here I have been trying for a few weeks but am unable to redeem my $100 Verizon gift card. I get the error “Due to a system issue, the reward website is currently unavailable. Please try again later.”
I tried chat support but they just tried to sell me TV and phone service. Is there anyone at Verizon who can actually help?
