Can't redeem $100 gift card

Looks like this is happening to everyone. I received my email saying I was eligible for my gift card after signing up with verizon. I tried redeeming it from the email, my online account and my app on the phone. every time it took me to a website that doesn't work. When I chatted with a rep they tried to help me but couldn't and said to call the rewards phone. I have called multiple times a day for the last week and it's either dial tone where its not connected or you get put on hold until they hang up on you. The longest time I waited on hold for someone was an hour! Can I just get my gift card in the mail?
