Can't redeem $150 Gift Card

I have had this issues since September. I've reached out and spoke to someone in Verizon, they said a " Gift Card Representative " will call me back. Never received that call.... I constantly get the email to redeem my gift card but when I click " Get Started" I get {"STATUS":"ERROR", "DETAILS":"missing vz_jwt"} 

Please help, I only have a couple more weeks before I lose it
