Even I am facing the same issue,
The link keep on redirecting and lands on same page.
Tried chatting to an agent who gave me a number to call, where I talked to another agent who patched me through to ANOTHER number where I waited for 40 minutes before I had to hang up. Seems like they're trying to make it as difficult as possible to redeem so fewer people actually go through with it.
