Can't redeem $200 gift card

Got an email saying I could redeem it, but on the website hitting that button just brings me back to my home page and on the app it just loads forever. Tried chatting to an agent who gave me a number to call, where I talked to another agent who patched me through to ANOTHER number where I waited for 30 minutes before I had to hang up. Seems like they're trying to make it as difficult as possible to redeem so fewer people actually go through with it.
