Can't redeem $300 off soundbar offer

I signed up for Verizon home internet recently and qualified for an offer of $300 off a Verizon Stream TV soundbar. When I try to redeem the offer and buy the soundbar, I'm seeing only a checkbox that agrees to the terms and conditions. The text says select one of the soundbars below, bu there is nothing below! Help! My offer doesn't expire until April 18th. 

I've chatted with several agents with no resolution. I wish Verizon would send me a coupon code or some other workaround. Our whole family has Verizon phones/watches, and now we have home internet...I just wish Verizon would hold up their end of the bargain. 

I've tried redeeming in the Verizon app, in Chrome and Safari, and nothing works. Same result each time. I've cleared the cache, updated everything, restarted devices...nothing works. 

Has anyone figured this out?
