Can't redeem $50 gift card

I received the email saying I could redeem the $50 for being with Verizon 65 days. I've tried redeeming for the past month through the button provided on said email, through the link on the dashboard using different browsers and through the Fios app but none of them are working. When I click the link it says the following: 

This site can’t be reached

Check if there is a typo in

I tried chatting with an agent but they were honestly not helpful, and I'm also seeing several people having the same issue and being escalated, so I would like to know how I too can resolve this. Thank you.
