I am told I am supposed to receive a $100 verizon fios gift card because I signed up for service at the end of last year. However, I am UNABLE to redeem this offer as it is an endless loop of links that keep directing me back to my account or a pop-up says:
"We are unable to process your request at this time.
Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience." Is it so hard to redeem this or just a method to get people to give up and stop trying?
How can I have this redeemed to my account?
