I received an email on Sept 25th informing me that I could redeem my reward. However when I clicked on the redeem title I was directed to a non working web page that only had html text on it, this happened regardless of the browser I was in, as well as not evening loading to a page when I attempted to redeem it through the app. I have tried multiple times since then and it hasn't changed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
