Can’t redeem echo dot or $150 gift card

Logged into my account after waiting >65days. My Echo Dot said it was available after 10-5-21. There was no email, instructions said to click on the redeem tile. After 4 hrs on the phone with arrogant CS reps and managers talking in circles, I have no resolution. The $150 gift card should be redeemable today. When I checked my account, the echo dot announcement is gone. There hasn’t been an email for the gift card either. Explain why there is always a game or gimmick? Why does every rep give me a different explanation? 
i want this resolved.
