I've been unable to redeem my $200 gift card reward for starting Verizon FiOS service. I've reached out to customer service (chat, phone, Twitter) multiple times, and still, nothing has been resolved even after being told tickets were created to resolve my issue. I'm getting frustrated that it's next to impossible to get an answer.
