Hi, I received a notification way back in October about my refer a friend bonus card, and was able to successfully redeem it and got it in the mail. I put it in a drawer and forgot about it until recently, however when I try to activate it online, it will not let me. Was there some kind of time limit I had to meet, or how can I fix this issue?
