I got a message on my account indicating I'm eligible for rewards. I've attempted several times over the past few weeks to redeem it. My latest effort on chat resulted in the agent telling me all sorts of ridiculous responses from trying 3 different browsers, to my account has to be zero to then refusing to get a manager to assist me and pawning me off to call, but the offices are constantly closed. I printed both chats, both of which involved at least an hour of back and forth.
Does anyone know why the rewards site isn't working? This is nuts.
