I signed up for the Verizon Fios TV test drive. I got the email saying that the recommendation is ready but no matter what I do, I cannot see the recommendation. I get taken to a page where I can kind of see the results but there is a spinning wheel and I get stuck.
I’ve tried this on multiple browsers (on my laptop, on my iPhone, through the Fios app) and nothing works! I’m so frustrated.
After looking through this forum, I’m realizing that this is happening to a lot of people but there doesn’t seem to be answer for how to fix this. Honestly, I’m starting to think this is a way to stick customers with the Verizon recommendation, which I worry might be more than I can afford.
