Can't upgrade online Part II

So how is verizon going to keep their current customers if we can't upgrade to what we want online? I keep getting a message saying we are having a temporary problem please try again later or call verizon. I don't want to call verizon. Two weeks trying and getting the same answer.... bah that is not temporary. Basically I just want to see what package is available to me to upgrade to! I need something cost effective as I am on a budget but I would like to have tv already have internet and telephone. Maybe I should try out comcast how much worse can they be.
