Can you manually select what WiFi speed to connect to with the Fios router?

Just got Fios and I see the router is thriple band- 2.4/5.0/6.0 speeeds, yet don't see anywhere which one I can manually select.

Had Cox feeding an Arris Surfboard modem feeding a Netger router and using Netgear Genie I could manually select which speed I wanted. Like that a lot as used both the 2.4 and 5.0 for different devices.

No where do I see that in the Verizon system.

Is it not possible?

The only way to select which device could connect to which GHz band is through MAC authentication on a per radio basis.
