I tried to redeem the 200$ samsung offer for a Chromebook/200$ off another samsung item multiple times since I have gotten the email and it has not worked. I got sent to the Samsung portal from My Verizon but was unable to check out. Now today it says that the offer has been redeemed when I did not use it on anything and it has not been redeemed.
I am extremely disappointed in Verizon as I expect better customer service. The reason why I switched from Xfinity was because of the lack of customer service there but this is not any better.
