Cannot Redeem Promised $250 Visa card

I received an email telling me to redeem the $250 visa card Verizon promised me when I signed up for Verizon FIOS services.  However no banner or other way to received the redemption is provided when I click the redeem button.  Verizon, please solve this problem so I can recieve the promised card.
