Hi there. Today I received an email regarding an offer waiting for me. When I went to MyVerizon, there was no offer tiles to be found to redeem anything. Here are the instructions, but nothing that says Home Offers is visible once I login. What should I do?

Please follow these steps to redeem by March 21, 2023.
- Click on the Redeem now button and log in using your user ID
- Click on the "Home Offers" tile.
- Then, choose your reward tile(s) and follow the on-screen instructions
