Cannot log in to Verizon Cloud storage

Just got FIOS service a few weeks ago and the plan I got includes 2TB of cloud storage.  I have not been able to access Verizon Cloud storage.  I've made numerous phone calls and online chats.  Nobody has been able to fix the issue.  Every person I talk to thinks its someone elses issue and transfers me.  

I've also talked to Synchronoss.  They don't have a record of a cloud account for me.  Synchronoss requested that I get my VZ ID from Verizon so they could look it up in their system by that ID.  I got that ID for them and they still couldn't find an account for me.  I've even gotten Verizon customer support and Synchronoss on a three way call, and they weren't able to figure it out.

Verizon finally decided to open a service ticket and it was supposed to be resolved by yesterday, but it has not.  Also, nobody has updated me on the status, so I imagine I will have to call in again and sit on hold for hours. 

Does anyone have any suggestions for dealing with this issue?
