I have not been able to see my bill online or pay it there for months. Every time I log in, I can get in just fine but it's like I have no account with Verizon at all and I've had FIOS since 2009. It has all of my banking information but that's it. Now I'm receiving disconnection notices but it's hard to pay a bill when I can't see it. Please help. Thanks.
