It seems this is a recurring problem for pretty much everyone here! Verizon has already gotten on my nerves for charging me $100 for un-returned equipment (which was absolutely returned), and now this ridiculous bug of clicking redeem for the $200 gift card just loops you back to the dashboard continuously. I'm considering switching away with how ridiculously this has gone over the last few months.
