Bunch of people have the same problem ....
I tried Verizon Support from myfios app, got redirected bunch of times and haven't gotten a solution.
Sounds like a broken page to me and instead of fixing it we are being forced to go through support (who redirected my into oblivion). I don't know what is going on there
