Last month I got an email saying I could redeem the gift cards came with my Fios installation. On my home page I can set the "redeem now" button. But when I click it, no content shows up. I chatted with a Verizon agent for at least an hour and did not get the issue fixed. I was provided the service number of the reward center, which never went through. It's been a month and I spent hours on trying to redeem my gift card! I just want to redeem the gift card in my account and which I was promised. They are getting to expire by the end of the month. I cannot believe such a thing takes so much effort. Very very frustrated with this!! Please help
