I'm trying to redeem two Visa prepaid card offers. Each time I click on Redeem Now it opens a new landing page just like the one I was on before and nothing else happens. It's an endless loop. Then I tried to ask for help in the chat feature and just got a Bot reply trying to sell me service I already have. Please help. (I'm getting seriously frustrated, but trying to be nice about it.)
Also, I'm getting errors when trying to post this comment, which I've seen is apparently the ONLY way to get a useful response from your customer service.
