Cannot register for my promo gift card, rewards site is always down!

Hello,

I've seen many posts about this and am experiencing the same problem. I signed up for service in early october, this included a prepaid $100 gift card. Now i'm seeing a message prompting me to register for my rewward and the link appears to be dead. I have tried several times to click and prompts me to a "cannot be found" message page. How do I complete my registration to receive my gift card? Thanks!
