Changed Plan, Wrong Price

When I checked my bill online, I saw that I could save money by choosing a new plan. The plan is supposed to come out to $161.96, but my account is still showing $231.96.
I tried placing a new order and the e-mail I recieved does not have the new price.

How can I fix this?
