I placed an order for Fios service at my new location, then changed my mind and signed up for Cox instead.
How can I cancel pending order {edited for privacy}? I also need to terminate my service at my old location

Chat agents do not deal with this type of thing, do they? I also tried the phone, but had an hour wait.
