When trying to use 'Chat Support' it shows me as 'Not Logged In' even though I am.
When I click 'Log In' in the chat window it just loops me back to my home account information (billing, TV, internet choices, etc.). Phone support has been useless and get no were with resolving this issue.

- Note: Same Results. No matter what connection method it loops me

I'm having a similar issue. I log into my account and try to start a chat session but the chat window prompts me to log in to continue, but when I click on the Log In button in the chat, it does nothing.
