I have been a FIOS client for the past 6 years, recently I’ve noticed my bill climbing and creeping upwards steadily.
I use to have an email for someone at customer retention who was applying $20 discount on my account to keep it somewhat affordable - now even that is gone...
Is there anywhere one can call to reach the client retention team? I mean - the cable company is dancing in front of me with offers for $70 less than my current bill - and I really don't want to change companies.... but.... at least a $20 discount to retain me as client....
is that too much to ask for after 7 years relationship?

Welcome to the forums. You're talking to other customers here.
The best way to reach retention is to call Verizon (800-VERIZON) and select the menu options to cancel all services. I find calling them during business hours tends to get the best results. It helps to know what the competition is offering.
Good Luck.

Keep in mind that the same will happen when your contract runs out with the new provider.
