Verizon has neglected to take care of a potentially hazardous situation after a new building was completed in the neighborhood. A cluster of wiring and boxes not secured to anything just hanging off the building that can be seen from our apartment.
I've seen techs come out, spend a bit of time looking at the mess then leaving and never coming back. The 2 tickets I opened had the same result and now marked as "closed" even though nothing was done. One time I saw 2 guys who were pretending to work on it for half a day then also gave up and left.
