I would like to file a complaint. Last year (Feb 2017) when I relocated and contacted Verizon about service at my new home, I was promised a $200 gift card. I never received the gift card, in spite of several call and being given other numbers to call.
The reference number for this is {edited for privacy}.
I spoke with a representative today, who told me that I was never promised a gift card, which is patently untrue. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor, who did agree that a gift card was promised and apparently mailed on April 27. I never received the card. The supervisor says that it is now more than 1 year later (it is still only April 23) and she cannot do anything about it. Is this how Verizon lives up to its commitments to a loyal customer (more than 14 years)? I am very, very disappointed.

This issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent.
