Compliments to the Fios Installer and the Supervisor Ensuring a Smooth Installation!

I hope this gets to the right person at Verizon. We had to switch to Verizon FIOS and our home had no wiring whatsoever from cable or satellite. No holes in the walls and no wiring inside. Odis {edited for privacy} the supervisor took the initiative to ensure that Fletcher {edited for privacy} did the best job possible to pass the fiber optic line underneath the lawn with the least destruction. Although the lawn was somewhat dug up and still shows signs right now, overall it's pretty good. Odis also gave us an excellent installer Fred {edited for privacy}. Fred took the time to look at the home on the inside and outside and gave us a game plan how he was going to do the install and what was the cleanest and best way to pass the wiring at certain points in the house. Fred did a masterful job with the install from A to Z. The wiring was almost invisible and clean. He was efficient and made sure what he did was done right with perfection. We could not have been more pleased with his work plus the house was not destroyed. Then Odis came by the home to inspect the work done by Fred just to ensure we were happy with the entire process. Bottom line is that Odis and Fred probably just did their job like they do everyday but we know they went out of their way to not only do the install, but they did it with care, concern and to make us happy. We were delighted to have met both of these fine individuals who not only worked hard for us but were so friendly as well. We want to thank them so much for their hard work, dedication, care and professionalism. THANK YOU! We finally got FIOS!
